KATIE SWIFT - Pilates Instructor

Mat and Reformer Pilates (YMCA-UK level 3), Dance (ISTD, IDTA) & Barre (Instructor and International Teacher trainer)

Katie is a fully qualified Instructor in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Dance & Barre. As well as the amazing health for body and posture, it is also the other benefits including mental space, mindfulness and breathing which Katie loves, and the opportunity to interact with so many different people every week.

In her role as an Instructor, Katie is inspired each day by the opportunities to make a connection with those who enter her classes, never knowing exactly what it has taken that person to make the steps to join in on the workout that day. For Katie, Pilates and Barre are about focusing on posture, breath and alignment and having fun while you're doing something beneficial for yourself. 

Since having her baby in 2017, Katie has found a passion for helping women reclaim confidence in their bodies safely and without time pressure.
