To properly understand body movement it is important to know what’s going on at the deeper levels. Most of us know that the soft tissue of our body is made up of muscles, tendons (that connect the muscle to bone) and ligaments (that connect bone to bone). What is also important to understand though is the soft tissues are a continuum, connected from head to toe, and this is where the myofascial system comes in.
