Many people do not maximise their body systems while running, leading to unnecessary effort and fatigue. Improving efficiency can reduce your chance of injury and get you running faster with more ease.


If you gradually improve your running technique and allow your body time to adapt, we promise you will notice running is much more enjoyable!


To get a true idea of how you run we do not assess you on a treadmill, instead Paul will take you for a run through the park and record your running style before and after your session so that you can clearly see the changes you have achieved.


Our running assessments include a personalised exercise programme that you can access from any device, anytime, anywhere.


Running Assessments: All running assessments are 60 minutes in duration. If you are recovering from an injury your assessment may be partially funded by ACC. Private 60 minute running assessments are $155 and ACC funded sessions are $90. 

Running Packages:

- Basic Running Package: this package includes a one hour initial assesment with Paul, plus two 45 min follow up sessions.

Total cost: $343 (save $77)

- Leaps and Bounds Package: this eight week package includes a one hour initial assessment with Paul, two 30min follow up sessions with Paul, two sports massages (one 60 mins, one 30 mins), a foam roller & one introductory Pilates class.*
