Auckland Physiotherapy has built a Health Collective that consists of Physiotherapists, Pilates Instructors, Yoga Instructors, Health Coaches, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers and Mindfulness coaches. We also work in collaboration with Feel Fresh Nutrition. This collective of practitioners allows us to provide an expert and holistic approach to optimise health and wellness in the workplace.

We offer fun and interactive seminars, movement sessions and bespoke wellness packages. We also deliver ergonomic workplace assessments and onsite physiotherapy and massage services.

FITNESS SCREENING FOR GROUP EVENTS

Have you considered entering a group event to boost staff moral and teamwork, for example Round the Bays or Tough Mudder? We think this is a great idea but you don't want your staff to get injured in the process. Let us complete a fitness screening to assess risk of injury and provide specific training exercises and program to meet their needs. By doing this, hopefully staff will start life long activity habits that will continue to improve their health, wellness and thus productivity in the future.

GROUP DISCOUNTED MINDFULNESS or YIN YOGA

Western medicine is catching up with the ancient practices of meditation, mindfulness and yoga. Workplaces are getting more and more busy and stressful. This has a huge effect on staff's health and wellbeing. Getting your staff to have Mindfulness and Yoga practices have proven to decrease stress and increase happiness. Facilitate this movement with inhouse courses, sessions or come to our boutique clinic.
