Originally from Muine Bheag, Ireland, Jordi brings a strong foundation in Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapy from his undergraduate studies in Ireland following by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in England. He studied for 5 years gaining great insight to pathology and evidenced based practice.
Jordi enjoys treating lower limb and shoulder injuries. He likes the diagnosing acute injuries and helping people get through to end stage rehabilitation and return to sport. This was cemented by working with a rugby team since 2019 where also integrated successful injury prevention programmes.
In addition to treating musculoskeletal conditions, Jordi has a keen interest in the relationship between body and mind. This interest inspired his Master’s dissertation on how psychological burdens can impact rehabilitation outcomes. This research continues to shape his practice today. Jordi also has a passion for treating patients with neurological conditions, driven by thoughtful, evidence-based care.
Jordi places the patient at the very heart of the rehabilitation process and strives to empower every patient to regain confidence, mobility and quality of life. Outside of the clinic Jordi enjoys staying up to date with the latest research, going to the gym and swimming.
