  • Reduction of Cortisol (Stress hormone)
  • Reduction in pain
  • Reduction of Muscle stiffness/Tension
  • Improved circulation
  • Improved Joint Mobility

Massage can help with:

  • Neck, Shoulder and Back Pain
  • Headaches
  • Musculoskeletal Function
  • Exercise related DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscles Soreness)
  • Arthritis
  • Chronic Pain

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a technique applied to the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It involves applying slow strokes and deep pressure on tight areas to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to release chronic tension and break up scar tissue that forms following an injury. For anyone that suffers from chronic pain, muscle tension or restricted mobility, this is the perfect option for you.

Sports Massage

Sports Massages focuses on the muscle groups that you repeatedly use in your sport, enabling you to train more efficiently alongside enhancing your endurance and performance. Emphasis is placed on targeting the muscle fibres at a deeper level to aid the recovery and reduce the risk of injuries. This principal is applied to all sports and training plans. Before an event, a sports massage can increase blood flow and improve flexibility of your muscles. After the event,  Auckland sports massage is great to help prevent stiffness, relieve soreness and return the muscles back to their normal state.

This technique can also be used for injury rehabilitation.

Remedial Massage

Busy lives, hectic work schedules and poor sitting postures can lead to annoying aches and pains in your lower back, neck and shoulders, or even cause headaches. Regular remedial massages are a very effective in relieving discomfort and allowing you to function more efficiently at work or at home, without the disruption of pain.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massages are exactly as they say! They are designed to help you de-stress and relax your mind and body. Relieving muscle tension and stress helps achieve a sense of wellbeing and aids your circulation and blood flow.
