IMPROVE WELLBEING & MENTAL CLARITY
Regular exercise is essential for not only physical health but daily exercise also improves brain function, helps fight off illness, assists with digestion and much more.
INCREASE BONE DENSITY
Weight bearing exercise is clinically proven to improve bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
We use combinations of body weight exercises, free weights, suspension training (TRX) and Pilates equipment to strengthen not only your core but your whole body. You won't find any resistance machines in our studio... free weights are proven to engage more stabilising muscles, improve core strength and provide you with more overall benefit.

WHY SHOULD YOU SEE A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Having a personal trainer is valuable as they are able to correct your exercise form, as well as share their knowledge to help you perform the correct type and amount of exercises catered especially for your personalised goals. Our clients find that having someone to check in with really helps them stay on track with their exercise and this accountability is often a key driver to achieving their goals.
