Select what best describes your situation and we'll point you to the right tier — so your first session counts and you're not paying for more appointments than you need.
For new sprains, strains, or acute sports injuries, our Physiotherapist tier is the ideal starting point. They'll diagnose and treat you in the same session, and most patients recover straightforwardly at this level. If progress isn't where it should be, we escalate internally — a senior clinician reviews your case at no extra charge, so you're never left wondering why things aren't improving.

Free consultBack and neck pain — including disc injuries, sciatica, and spinal issues — is best managed by our Senior Physiotherapists, who hold post-graduate qualifications and 5–19 years of specialist experience. For very complex or long-standing spinal pain, our Specialist team may be more appropriate.

With a minimum of 13 years' experience and up to 9 years of university study, they frequently achieve results where previous treatment has stalled — because getting to the bottom of persistent pain often requires a more advanced level of clinical reasoning.

Our physiotherapy tiers
The right level of expertise matters — a more experienced clinician can often diagnose and treat you accurately in fewer sessions, saving you time and money. If your condition turns out to be more complex than expected, we escalate internally rather than leaving you to start again elsewhere. Click any tier to meet the team and book directly.
If you're dealing with a first-time injury — such as an ankle, knee, or shoulder sprain — our Physiotherapists are an excellent and accessible starting point. They're skilled at diagnosing and treating most common injuries in the same session. If your recovery isn't progressing as expected, we don't wait: a senior clinician reviews your case at no extra charge, so you're never left wondering why things aren't improving.
Our Senior Physiotherapists hold post-graduate qualifications and are experts in managing all musculoskeletal injuries — including complex spinal issues, back and neck pain, and chronic conditions. With 5 to 19 years of experience and advanced clinical training, they can handle the full range of injuries and presentations. They also offer specialist services including Sports Physio, Running Physio, Clinical Pilates and Dry Needling.
For recurring injuries or persistent pain that hasn't improved despite previous treatment, our Masters-qualified physiotherapists are the experts to see. With a minimum of 13 years of experience and up to 9 years of university study — including a Master's degree in Physiotherapy — they bring exceptional depth of knowledge to the most challenging presentations. Patients at this level frequently see results where previous treatment has stalled — often because the underlying cause requires more advanced clinical reasoning to identify.
Our two NZ Board-Certified Specialist Physiotherapists hold the highest level of physiotherapy qualification in New Zealand. They specialise in complex spinal injuries and chronic pain management, and work exclusively with patients who have not seen sufficient progress with previous physiotherapy treatment. Their expertise is particularly suited to long-standing, multi-faceted conditions requiring advanced clinical reasoning.
We offer two tiers of specialist pelvic health physiotherapy. Pelvic health covers a wide range of conditions including pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, pre and post-natal care, women's MSK physiotherapy, and men's pelvic health. Our pelvic health physiotherapists provide a safe, private and expert-led approach to conditions that are often not discussed but are highly treatable.
