Auckland Physiotherapy takes a holistic approach to getting you better. Our physiotherapists are complemented by The Health Collective, offering Massage Therapy, Clinical Pilates, Podiatry, Health Coaching, Running Coaching, and Personal Training — all under one roof in the Foundation Precinct, nestled between Newmarket, Parnell, and Remuera. Our purpose-built facility includes a fully equipped gym, two boutique Pilates studios, and modern objective testing equipment — so we can get you back to what you love, faster.
The right level of expertise matters. A more experienced clinician can often diagnose and treat you more accurately in fewer sessions — saving you time and money. We've structured our team into four tiers so you're always matched to the practitioner best suited to your condition and budget. If you're not progressing as expected at any level, we escalate internally at no extra charge — and if specialist input is needed, we'll facilitate that referral rather than leaving you to start over elsewhere.
Not sure where to start? Call us on 09 366 4480 or book a free consultation and we'll guide you to the right fit. Learn more about how we work via The Collective Method.
Ideal for first-time injuries — sprains, strains, and acute sports injuries. Our physiotherapists will assess and treat you in the same session, and most patients recover straightforwardly at this level. If your recovery isn't progressing as expected, a senior clinician reviews your case at no extra charge, so you're never left wondering why things aren't improving.
Our Senior Physiotherapists hold post-graduate qualifications and are skilled across the full range of musculoskeletal conditions — including back and neck pain, spinal issues, sports injuries, and chronic pain. With advanced clinical training and up to 19 years of experience, they also offer specialist services including dry needling, Clinical Pilates, and sports rehabilitation.
For recurring injuries or persistent pain that hasn't improved despite previous treatment, our Masters-qualified physiotherapists are the experts to see. With a minimum of 13 years' experience and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, they bring exceptional depth of knowledge to the most challenging cases — and frequently achieve results where earlier treatment has stalled.
Our two NZ Board-Certified Specialist Physiotherapists hold the highest level of physiotherapy qualification in New Zealand. They work exclusively with patients who have complex spinal injuries or chronic pain that hasn't responded sufficiently to previous treatment, applying advanced clinical reasoning to cases that require specialist-level diagnosis and management.
