Liz will facilitate you through a movement experience integrating Pilates, Yoga and Slings Myofascial Training™. Throughout her journey Liz has worked through her own life’s challenges, a breathing disorder, a chronic back injury and has used her training & experience to rehabilitate herself and now can share with others to create a safe and rewarding space.
Liz has many strings to her bow and movement has been part of her life from an early age, she has trained in Somatic Education as a Pilates and Yoga Teacher and is an internationally certified BASI™ Pilates Instructor. Fascinated in the new research of the fascial network with Anatomy Trains and beyond, she continues to follow along this journey, has a diploma in Slings Myofascial Training® which has given her access to a unique movement training concept method to strengthens, mobilise, stabilise, enhances movement efficiency and the structural balance of your body & mind.
Integrated and fused together she creates an individual training environment with a professional, fun and hands-on teaching style which is a unique workout experience helping you create and transform into the ultimate version of yourself.
