Paul White
BHSc (Physiotherapy), Postgraduate Certificate in Manual Therapy (2002)
Paul has over two decades of physiotherapy experience, including 12 years working in the UK before returning home to New Zealand with his growing family. His practice now focuses exclusively on lower limb and running-related injuries, allowing for a more targeted and refined approach to helping runners and active individuals get back to doing what they love.
With a strong belief that no two injuries are ever quite the same, Paul tailors each rehab plan by understanding the individual behind the injury — their history, goals, habits, and training demands. His approach is grounded in the principles of progressive loading, movement education, and injury prevention.
Paul has a particular interest in running mechanics and rehabilitation. During his time in the UK, he worked alongside some of the world’s leading running analysts and developed a practical method of coaching running technique that considers a person’s movement patterns, strength deficits, and performance goals.
