The air cushion combines the advantages of the seating wedge, wobble board, and gym ball. The air cushion will enhance your awareness, coordination and strength by sitting, standing, and lying on the unit. It can be used while seated as a great way for rehabilitation.
There are two textured surfaces for functional training exercises. The spikey surface of the cushion can be used to massage or for providing acupressure.
The air cushion can be used for:
- Physical co-ordination
- Mobilisation of the pelvic floor muscles
- Promoting strength and flexibility of back muscles
- As a therapeutic exerciser for rehabilitation after a sport injury
