Description
Following childbirth you may or may not have had stitches. However, most women will experience some form of discomfort postpartum, due to bruising and stretching of delicate perineal skin.
Relief is safe to use in the hours and days post birth (even if you have had stitches) it helps to soothe your bruised or swollen perineum, supporting the healing process.
It comes ready to use with no preparation or mixing. Pop it in your birth/hospital bag and when needed simply turn the bottle upside down and spray the affected area as required. For further cooling and soothing effect place it in the fridge between uses.
Relief spray can also be used during pregnancy to ease the discomfort of painful, swollen haemorrhoids. Spray "Relief" onto cotton balls, pop them in a zip lock bag and store in the fridge until required. Place a cooling relief cotton ball on the affected area as required.
